Remember the days when milk was delivered, in a glass bottle, to your doorstep by a milkman?

The days you knew the bank manager's name, when your paper was delivered daily and call centres were only ideas in science fiction books?

In those days customer service and support was at its peak.

 

 

 

That is my model. I look back to that era when customers were king and provide all of my clients with great personal service and direct support using new technology wherever it is required and respecting those good, old fashioned, business values.



In my opinion Tony Harding epitomises honesty, integrity and carries out best practice in all he does. In terms of adding value that's a given but in terms of making a difference he absolutely does and that's a quality that very few can hope to achieve never mind the fact that it underpins his professional and personal interaction with life.
